As I sit here with my numb fingers and achy shoulder to write today, I have some information……  I chatted briefly with a former co-worker at the Plant…….Seems that all the Mexican Workers walked out and Quit!!!!   Imagine that, they may have found out that they weren’t even going to receive unemployment.  If you are illegal you aren’t entitled to unemployment.  The plant where I worked employed a large number of Mexican workers.  And back in the early spring they were hammered by Immigration with fines and such for having a large number of illegals. 

Now mind you I worked with these people, and I must say they were more dedicated to the job than the rest of us.  I think they were probably the smart ones, they worked and didn’t miss much work, and put all their money away.  Most families had at least 2 members each that worked there and several other families had 4-5 members of the family employed there.  They all live together to save on expenses and put their money aside, they knew how to scrimp and save for the things they wanted…….I still don’t know how to do that and I am 50 years old.

I have nothing against any one and that includes the Mexican People, but it only takes a short time to learn our language and study to take a test, so to speak to become a Legal Citizen of the United States.  And when you do that then you are working for the same money as the rest of us, you are paying into the same pot that the rest of us are, and you are then Entitled to things just like the rest of us.

I have never been  prejudice  against anyone who treats me the way they want to be treated, nor will I judge people by the skin color they are.  I will however decide for myself if they get my respect, just treat me the way you would want to be treated. Some of my friends are black, and they treat me better than my own family does. There is one thing I try to remember when I think I am being made uncomfortable, I remember that God created all of Man and Woman in is own image….perfect!

Then I say that there is NO WHITE RACE!  that is what I said folks there is NO white race.  Think about it…….We live in America!  there is no white race.  All the people who came to America starting with the first settlers were all from somewhere else!  And if you go even deeper their race was European which was a conglomeration of all cultures…….Oh they were fair haired, white skin, big blue/green eyes but their genes are of all mankind just like you and me. And if you go even deeper into it all the way back to biblical time we all have the genes of  God.  So if you dare to say there is a pure white race of human being then you are challenging God because he is the one who made all of Us in his image.

The people of this country really need to know that what I said is a reality and we need to get a grip on it with the Elections coming up.  No matter where you stand this time you are in the middle of History being made.  We will either have the First Black President or we will have the First Woman Vice-President.  That is the thought for the day.  Have a good evening!
